Are there any discounts?
Though we do not offer specials or seasonal discounts, our best discount available is for the paid-in-full option, available year round and it is a 40% discount.
When will my account be activated?
If you sign up online you will need to make an appointment to get a keycard. Once your keycard is activated by our staff, your plan will start.
Can I cancel at any time?
Only the month-to-month membership can be canceled at anytime and you must call to cancel. Cancellation fees will be applied to the 12 month individual plan and there are no cancellations or refunds available for the paid-in-full option.
